Biography

Work History:  Currently retired. Taught music at Stillman College in Alabama and Greensboro College in North Carolina.  Worked as a programmer at several companies in New Jersey and Minnesota.

Education:  Bachelor in Music from Ohio Wesleyan; Master Music (almost DM) from Indiana U.

Interests: My passions are music and family.  I have played cello in several orchestras in Indiana, Minnesota and Wisconsin.  I played three piano concertos with the Dakota Valley Symphony Orchestra.  I currently sing in the First Congregational United Church of Christ choir in Appleton and also play cello in the New Horizons orchestra as well as in a cello ensemble.  We moved to Appleton from Minnesota primarily because our son works at Lawrence University, and we wanted to be near him and his family.  It has been wonderful.  I love traveling, biking, walking, and playing games.
