BUSINESS MEETING was called to order by President Paul at 6:12 p.m.
Minutes of the December Meeting were approved as published.
Treasurer’s report was approved as reported with a balance of $2,084.72 after disbursements of $725.00 to IATC for Dues, $324.00 to Touchmark for meals and receipts of $324.00 meal reimbursements.
Business: Bill & Barb’s Kelly’s guests, Jesse Kaminski and Lindsay Kaminski were introduced.
Bill is working with the Neenah Library regarding books to be purchased in honor of Mary Flanagan. The Club will donate $75.00 towards the memorial. Bill requested $50.00 to buy more club pins. And we are still in need of a paper presenter for May. Paul reported that the nominating committee will have a slate of nominees prior to the March meeting. An election for new officers will take place at the April meeting and in May the newly elected officers will begin their two-year term.
Our guest, Lindsay Kaminski, has applied for membership to our club. Barb emailed everyone a copy of Lindsay’s application on March 13th. After Lindsay was excused from the meeting, Barb moved to accept Lindsay’s application, it was seconded and all were in favor. Lindsay rejoined the meeting and was welcomed as our newest member.
Bill reminded us that the Celebration of Life for Mary Flanagan is next Saturday, Feb. 24th and said that he and Barb are available for those who need a ride.
Business meeting was adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
