PRESIDENT Barb Kelly called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m. Agenda accepted as amended.

Barb Kelly reported the IATC Convention 2009 Financial Summary.
Len Weis moved, Donna Weis seconded that Summary be accepted. It was.
Al Button and Len Weis were approved as delegates to the 2010 Convention. Alternates will be anyone who decides to go.
Al Button’s name has been submitted for consideration as an “at large” member on the Paxton Papers Committee.
IATC wants nominations for Gold and Silver TORCH Awards. Through the Awards
Chairman (?) we will nominate Len Weis for the Gold and Barb Kelly for the Silver.
Reminder: Brainstorming for “fun thing” for less than $2000. Next meeting we will decide which one to pursue, using a voting process.
We adjourned at 7:20 for dinner followed by Donna Weis’s presentation, The Typewriter — It’s Effect on Society.
